LLM Inference Optimization (Seminar, 3 CP)
A seminar on the key engineering techniques behind modern large language model serving systems. Students prepare and present individual lectures on topics such as paged attention, speculative decoding, disaggregated serving, and expert parallelism.

AI Safety (Lecture + Exercises, 6 CP)
A comprehensive introduction to safety and reliability in modern AI systems, covering adversarial robustness, jailbreaks, alignment, interpretability, watermarking, and AI control. Jointly taught with Maksym Andriushchenko and Sahar Abdelnabi.
